Thematic group classes are held:

  • developing skills needed in family life, improving family relationships, strengthening family values, developing harmonious family communication, constructively overcoming family crises, strengthening parenting skills;
  • about stress management, going through a divorce, domestic violence;
  • about self-awareness, strengthening of self-confidence, personal growth.
